Prime Philadelphia for steak
A distinctive blend of mustard, rosemary, and paprika with other spices.
Method: Rub the steaks with a small amount of olive oil, sprinkling on Prime Philadelphia Spice Blend and put them on the grill.
Precious Paprika for roast chicken
A mixture of spices consisting of paprika, black pepper, cumin, garlic, herbs, pine nuts, and more.
Method: Rub the chicken with oil and coat with the Precious Paprika Spice Blend. Roast in a medium oven. A special favourite with children because of its delicate flavour.
Heavenly Herbs for fish
Contains tarragon, coriander, parsley, dill, roses, garlic, sage, mint, peppermint, paprika, cardamom, and other herbs and spices.
Method: Add Heavenly Herbs Spice Blend to olive oil; spread the marinade on top and inside the fish. You can marinate the fish for several hours before cooking. Grill the fish on a charcoal or an electric grill.
Method: Spatchcocked chicken : fresh herbs, garlic, lemon & olive oil then seductively scattered with Spice Way Heavenly Herb blend. Delicious!
Miracle Mince for meatballs
Includes onion, oregano, garlic, parsley, ginger and chilli.
Method: Add a small amount of Miracle Mince Spice Blend to ground meat that has been seasoned with chopped onion and/or fresh coriander (optional). Add salt to taste and cook in tomato sauce.
Sassy Sweet Potato
A colourful blend of onions, peppers, bay leaves, carrots and more. Each vegetable has its own taste, colour, and aroma, and together they make a winning combination that enhances any dish.
Method: Add Sassy Sweet Potato Fast Gourmet to rice, pies and tarts, omelettes, etc.
Chinese Chicken – Serves 4
4 chicken breasts, 3 crushed garlic cloves, 4 tbsp dark soy sauce, 2 tbsp cornflour, 3tbsp sunflower oil, 1 tbsp sesame oil.
Noodles: 225g dried egg noodles, 6 sliced spring onions, ½ red chilli, 6 tbsp Classic Chinese Fast Gourmet
Method: Mix in a small dish – soy, crushed garlic and cornflour. Slice the chicken into strips and cover with mixture, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marinade. Add noodles to saucepan of boiling water, turn off and leave to stand for 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
Heat the oils in a wide pan or wok, add chicken and marinade and stir fry for 5-10 minutes until the chicken is lightly browned and cooked through. Add the drained noodles, Classic Chinese Fast Gourmet, spring onions and continue to stir fry till all hot and well mixed.
Majadra Rice – serves 2
Cook and drain 150g rice and add 4 tbsp Magic Majadra Fast Gourmet – stir through and serve.
A blend of rosemary, garlic, and salt, a winning combination for seasoning potatoes, roasts, fish, vegetables.
Directions: Spray sliced potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle the mixture on top. Bake at 200° (400°F).
Salad Sprinkles : Protein mix
A blend of onion, roasted sunflower seeds, soya beans, cashews, pumpkin seeds, sesame, parsley, dill and more.
Directions: Add to salads and cheeses.
Directions: Shoulder or leg of lamb on bone, a slice of lemon or two, 3-4 squished garlic cloves, big sprig of rosemary and some thyme and parsley. Sprinkle with Lazy Lamb then a nice big glug of olive oil. Leave it to marinate for a while. Roast to your preference. We also quite like to do it with no bone and finish it off on the BBQ.
It can be cooked in a hot oven with no cover to get crispy pink lamb or you can cover it and do it slowly taking the foil off for the last 30 minutes so that it is falling away from the bone and really soft. Either way, it is delicious. Put it on a big dish and sprinkle it with chopped fresh parsley and coriander and some pomegranate seeds for colour and serve it with pitta, hummous, baba ghanoush, etc or just a green or spinach salad with red onions, parsley and loives. Yum!!
Madeira Cake with Amazing Apple Fruit Infusion
175g self raising flour, 175g caster sugar, rind of 1/2 lemon, 175g butter, 3 separated eggs, 100g Amazing Apple Fruit Infusion.
Directions: Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the lemon rind and the egg yolks. Fold in sifted flour. Add Amazing Apple Fruit Infusion. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Bake in a greased tin for 50-60 minutes at 180oC.
Fruit Infusion – serves 1
2 teaspoons Fruit Infusion, 200ml boiling water. Mix in a cup, stir, let stand for 3-5 minutes, drink the tea and eat the fruit.
