Coriander seeds are an excellent source of minerals like iron, copper, calcium, and potassium. Copper is required for the production of red blood cells.
How to use: Add to lemon juice and olive oil, about 1 tablespoon of each per serving and stir, then cover fish and roast, grill or griddle. Or mix as above add vegetables and slow cook.
